We have designed Vantage Aire systems with patented modular assemblies - exchangeable modules - so that the life of the system can be extended indefinitely. By simply replacing parts or modules Vantage-Aire systems can be serviced or repaired easily - with a minimum of downtime - often, an hour or less. Overall costs are reduced, since you only replace what needs to be replaced to continue optimum cooling. Most importantly, you avoid the expense of replacing an entire system.

As a quick example of the benefits of the Vantage-Aire modular assemblies, consider this - when R22 refrigerant is phased out and you need to comply with new refrigerant regulations we have an easy solution. The Vantage-Aire module containing the compressor can be removed and replaced with a new module using an updated refrigerant. In less than an hour, the unit is updated and ready to cool - all without the cost and downtime of replacing an entire air conditioning system.

Flexibility in Design and Function

Vantage-Aire industrial air conditioning units can produce reliable and efficient cooling for a variety of uses. They are available in seven sizes with cooling capacities up to 50 tons.

• Standard Vantage-Aire units are available in three cabinet sizes, and cooling capacities from 5-25 tons.
• For cooling from 10 to 50 tons, Vantage-Aire Modular units may be combined to cool small to large areas efficiently.

Most Vantage-Aire Modular application requirements can be met using our standard product line. If you have a special application or custom requirement we will build custom units that incorporate any special features or options that your application may require.

We listened and designed Vantage-Aire Modular systems with front access to all key components, in modular segments that slide out - for easy service or parts replacement, and then slide back in. The result is reduced repair time, which reduces downtime and lowers overall maintenance costs - no matter the job.

Maintenance and service professionals have recognized the value of having additional Vantage-Aire modules in stock. When there are large systems teamed with a challenging environment - having modules on hand for repairs is a wise decision. When the system needs attention the new module can be installed quickly and the original module maintained in the shop on a non-emergency basis.

Easier installation and upgrades:

Another unique advantage of the Vantage-Aire modular system - it's easy to upgrade. If the environment requires more cooling after a system has been installed, most systems can be easily upgraded. Our cabinet sizes will handle several air conditioning capacities, so it is easy to upgrade from a 5-ton to a 7.5 or 10-ton capacity with only a module replacement. Once again, the cost and time needed to replace an entire air conditioning system isn't necessary.

Plus, our cabinet sizes have been designed to fit through a standard industrial door - for faster installation without sacrificing any cooling capacity.

Models Available

The Vantage-Aire Modular product line consists of seven base models with outputs from 5 tons to 25 tons. These units can be installed in series for potentially unlimited outputs. Custom designs and user-specific requirements are welcome, and will be quoted on an individual basis.

We publish data and promote units up to 50 tons using two 25 ton units in series, but additional units could be combined for even higher outputs.
